Exercise Physiology
Our Exercise Physiology programs aim to provide effective exercise interventions to people suffering from chronic injuries, disabilities or medical conditions. We also provide assistance to people who simply want to improve their overall fitness and health. Our Exercise Physiologists assess individuals and then create tailored exercise plans that fulfil the individual’s goals and needs, aimed to help them in maintaining good health. We are able to advise on lifestyle modifications that should improve overall health, as well as to conduct workplace assessments.
