Rose is an enthusiastic Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Sports Scientist. Rose graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy having completed previously a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and Masters of Exercise Physiology at The University of Sydney.

Throughout her youth, Rose participated in a multitude of sports including soccer, dancing, touch football and Oz tag. In her experiences, Rose developed a passion for human movement and physiology translating into injury prevention, exercise rehabilitation and increasing performance capacity for athletic populations. Rose has previous experience of working with adolescent netball and football teams and is a Level 1 Sports Trainer. Rose has also worked at the University of Technology Sydney as part of the Exercise and Sports Science teaching staff.

Rose draws on her knowledge from Sports Science, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy to provide holistic and multimodal treatment for her clients.

Rose has special interest in:

  1. Musculoskeletal Injury management: Immediate injury, pre/post operative care, and return-to-play rehabilitation. Rose will be able to diagnose, manage and ensure you are equipped with exercise to prevent re-injury.
  2. Athletic testing and development: Rose is well equipped to provide you with a program to work towards your strength, power, and speed-based goals. Rose works closely with young soccer athletes providing injury prevention, and athletic development programs.
  3. Chronic Disease Management and prevention: Whether you are living with a Neurological condition, Low Back Pain, Diabetes, high blood pressure, Mental illness, or are just looking to better your health. Rose will provide a thorough assessment to determine your baseline fitness and develop a plan to work towards individualised goals and plan to fit your lifestyle. Rose has a close affiliation with Diabetes Australia and is a qualified ‘Beat It’ program practitioner.
