Rose is a motivated Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Sports Scientist. Rose is accredited under Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapist Association (APA).
Rose is a motivated Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and Sports Scientist. Rose recently completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney after also completing a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science.
As an Exercise Physiologist, Rose specialises in exercise rehabilitation and chronic disease prevention and management. Rose has worked with a diverse range of populations in various environments, ranging from private clinics and gyms, hospitals, sporting schools and aged care facilities. Rose has a passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions to improve functional capacity and quality of life.
Throughout her youth, Rose participated in a multitude of sports including soccer, dancing, touch football and Oz tag. In her experiences, Rose developed a passion for human movement and physiology translating into providing injury prevention, exercise rehabilitation and increasing performance capacity for athletic populations. Rose draws on her knowledge from sports science, exercise physiology and physiotherapy to provide holistic and multimodal treatment.
