Nathan’s experience combined with his knowledge of biomechanics and pathophysiology has translated into his ability to diagnose and manage all types of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a keen interest in injuries of the spine, headaches and sport-related conditions and utilises a strong evidence-based approach for injury assessment, diagnosis, and management. Nathan uses a combination of muscular release techniques, spinal mobilisations and manipulations, dry needling, kinesio-taping, low-level-laser-therapy (LLLT) and personalised rehabilitation programs.
His primary objective is to educate his patients on improving health by providing preventative tools to allow a guided and self-managed approach to everyday lifestyle, whether it be return from injury or a proactive outlook on their wellbeing. With a love for the world game (football) and through his own personal injuries as a young footballer, Nathan has the desire to support and improve the development of athletes and everyday go-getters striving for an active lifestyle. His movement-based perspective and ambition for improving performance has been translated into clinical practice to benefit his patients and aid in optimal recovery.
