Lisa has completed a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy, a Diploma of Remedial Massage and is an accredited with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). Lisa has a health fund provider number. Before studying Massage, Lisa was a personal Carer and during that time I realised that I wanted to help all kinds of people on a broader scale whether it is the elderly, athlete, child, or an individual that needs some time for themselves.
Prior to this, Lisa completed a Bachelor of Health Science (PDHPE) through Western Sydney University, and a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, where she previously worked as a Swim Instructor for about 4 years, which taught her a lot about teaching, assisting and providing new skills to people.
Lisa has always been interested in exercise & sport from an early age starting with gymnastics at the age of 4-5 and from 9 years old playing netball (finished playing 2022). She has umpired netball from age 12 and currently holds a National C Badge. She has been coaching netball from 16, and has interests in AFL, Tennis, Cricket & Rugby League.
