Please take the time to read carefully and ensure that you select the right appointment so that our practitioners have adequate time to attend to your concerns.
If unsure, select a long consultation or phone our office for assistance. Cancellation Fees are charged for all missed appointments without 24-hour notice.
Standard
Consultations(Up to 20mins)
Select this appointment if you are continuing with a current treatment plan, for the same region, with the same practitioner you have seen in the past few weeks.
- Continuing current Treatment Plan
- Same single region
- Same practitioner
- Attended in the last few weeks
Long
Consultations(20-45mins)
Select a Long Consultation if you require an appointment for any of the following:
- New injury
- An aggravation of a previous injury
- Multiple regions to be assessed & treated
- Have scans / x-rays
- Orthotic assessment
- Exercise plan
- If you require paperwork to be completed by the practitioner.
Also select this option if you are not visiting your regular practitioner.
Specific
Consultations(30-60mins)
Select this appointment if you wish to book a special type of appointment, such as:
- Massage Therapy
- Performance Assessments
- Podiatry Appointment

CANCELLATION POLICY
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. Please be aware of our clinics cancellation policy prior to making a booking. Fees for non-attendance of an appointment or late cancellations (less than 4 hours’ notice) will incur a cancellation fee. These fees are outlined below and these charges will not be covered by your Health Fund, insurance company or Medicare.
- Standard Appointment Fee: $45
- Long Appointment Fee: $65
