Susie is an administration leader at Spinal and Sports Care, supporting patients, staff, and clinic operations with experience and care since 2016.
Susie has been a key member of the Spinal and Sports Care team since 2016 and is a senior figure within the administration and front desk team. With many years of experience supporting clinic operations and patient services, she plays an important leadership role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently each day.
As an administration leader, Susie provides guidance and support to the front-of-house team while remaining closely involved in patient-facing care. She assists with appointments, enquiries, and coordination across the clinic and is known for her calm, organised approach and commitment to helping patients feel supported as they work toward their healthcare goals.
Susie holds a Certificate III in Business Office Administration, a Certificate III in Financial Services, and a Certificate III in Introduction to Accounting. She also holds Certificates of Attainment in Fire Warden responsibilities, including the use of firefighting equipment and evacuation procedures, which contribute to clinic safety and operational standards.
At Spinal and Sports Care, Susie embodies the clinic’s patient-first values and works closely with clinicians and administrative staff to uphold high standards of care, communication, and professionalism.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys watching the Parramatta Eels and spending time with family and friends.
