Phillip Graziano graduated from Macquarie University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Masters of Chiropractic.
Phillip is a highly experienced Exercise and Sports Chiropractor and Partner at Spinal and Sports Care. He graduated from Macquarie University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic and has been practising at Spinal and Sports Care since 2006, becoming a partner in the clinic in 2013.

Phillip has continued to advance his clinical expertise through postgraduate training, completing the International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma in Sports Chiropractic. He is a titled Exercise and Sports Chiropractor and holds additional qualifications in musculoskeletal acupuncture and dry needling. He also maintains a radiographer licence, supporting his strong emphasis on thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis, and informed clinical decision-making.

Phillip has longstanding involvement in elite and international sport. Since 2007, he has worked extensively with NSW Indoor Cricket and has held senior representative roles, including serving as an international trainer for the New Zealand Indoor Cricket team at the 2017 World Cup. Since 2018, he has been Head Trainer for the Australian Indoor Cricket Men’s and Women’s teams and was part of the medical team for the 2025 Open Men’s World Cup campaign in Sri Lanka, where Australia retained the World Cup title. He has also supported Indoor Netball tournaments and assisted Macquarie University by supervising final-year chiropractic students in clinical sports settings.

Clinically, Phillip works with a diverse patient population ranging from the general public to elite athletes. He has a particular interest in sports injury management and performance care, and has treated athletes across a wide range of sports at the national and international levels. His experience includes working with Olympic cyclists and elite athletes from sports such as indoor cricket, indoor netball, football codes, tennis, gymnastics, combat sports, skating disciplines, water skiing, hockey, and horse racing, as well as international trainers and jockeys.

Phillip adopts an evidence-based approach to assessment and management, with a strong focus on detailed physical examination, radiographic interpretation, and patient education. He places high importance on helping patients understand their condition, treatment options, and strategies to improve biomechanics, prevent recurrence, and support long-term function. His care is tailored to each individual and may incorporate a range of chiropractic and adjunctive treatment modalities as appropriate.

Throughout his career, Phillip has worked closely with a broad network of healthcare professionals, including orthopaedic and neurosurgeons, medical practitioners, radiographers, endocrinologists, massage therapists, and naturopaths, supporting integrated, collaborative care.

Outside of clinical practice, Phillip has played soccer since age 6, winning multiple grand finals in both outdoor and indoor competitions. He strongly promotes an active lifestyle and values movement, sport, and long-term physical health.
