Nicholas Mitev
Physiotherapist
Nicholas is a Physiotherapist at Spinal and Sports Care, supporting recovery, movement, and long-term physical resilience.
Nicholas is a Physiotherapist who delivers evidence-based care with a strong focus on clear assessment, hands-on treatment, and progressive exercise rehabilitation. He works with people who want to overcome pain, restore movement, and return to work, training, and sport with confidence.
Nicholas graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University, receiving faculty commendations throughout his degree. This reflects consistent academic performance and strong clinical foundations that underpin his structured and methodical approach to care.
His clinical interests centre on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and active rehabilitation. With a strong background in strength training and movement quality, Nicholas has a practical understanding of the physical demands placed on the body through sport, gym training, and busy work schedules. He applies this insight to build rehabilitation programs that are realistic, progressive, and sustainable.
Nicholas has competed in football with Rydalmere Lions FC, Parramatta FC, Bankstown City Lions FC, and Nepean FC. He has also supported football environments through movement and strength development work with Futboltec, as well as sports trainer support with Bankstown United FC. This experience allows him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance-based movement.
At Spinal and Sports Care, Nicholas adopts a patient-first, evidence-informed approach. He places strong emphasis on clear communication and education, ensuring patients understand their condition, their plan, and what comes next. His sessions are calm, purposeful, and focused on outcomes that matter to each individual.
Nicholas believes that physical health underpins performance, confidence, and quality of life. Whether the goal is returning to the gym, resuming sport, or moving through daily life without recurring flare-ups, he is committed to providing care that delivers both relief and long-term resilience.
