Maureen is part of the Spinal and Sports Care administration team, welcoming and supporting patients at every visit.
Maureen is a valued member of the Spinal and Sports Care administration team, bringing many years of customer service experience from roles as a retail concierge and security officer. This diverse background has equipped her with strong communication skills and a calm, welcoming approach in a busy healthcare environment.
As part of the front-office team, Maureen supports patients with appointments and enquiries and is often one of the first people you will meet when visiting the clinic. She takes pride in creating a friendly and positive atmosphere and is known for greeting patients with a warm smile and genuine care.
Outside of work, Maureen is married and has two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, playing and watching sport, and attending the theatre.
