Physiotherapist
Adam has completed an undergraduate degree in Exercise & Sports Science at ACU followed by a Master of Physiotherapy from University of Sydney.
Adam is a Physiotherapist with a strong academic and sporting background, delivering evidence-based care that integrates rehabilitation with performance outcomes. He completed an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Australian Catholic University, followed by a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
Adam brings extensive football experience to his clinical practice. He has competed in the NSW NPL Men’s competition with Blacktown Spartans First Grade and has previously been involved with Central Coast Mariners and Apia Leichhardt Tigers, as well as elite football academy environments. He has also gained international exposure in England, Spain, and Italy, working within high-performance training settings and professional football cultures. This background provides Adam with an athlete-informed perspective that enhances his clinical reasoning and decision-making across a wide range of patient presentations.
Clinically, Adam works with athletes, active individuals, and gym-goers, managing acute and chronic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, return-to-sport programs, and performance development. His treatment approach combines individualised exercise prescription with evidence-based manual therapies, including dry needling, cupping, and soft-tissue techniques, with a focus on restoring efficient movement, reducing pain, and improving functional capacity.
